Posted - 06/05/2004 : 09:03:29 I'd have to agree, I've heard quite a few bootlegs etc. but they were undoubtably the tightest I've ever heard. There seemed to be so much energy in the performance, its hard to believe that this is a reunion tour. As one reviewer noted, if this is a "sellout" tour, I'd hate to see um really trying!
My vote for disclives goes to Friday (but then I was there, so it would have to)

Posted - 06/05/2004 : 07:37:48 I am just listening to last nights (Friday) and it is really tight and the vocals are really clear. I have been very impressed with the playing in particular Joey's guitar and Dave's drumming. Frank and Kim have sung and played well too. I have not got to the bit where Joey sets up the guitar on the stand and just runs it on the distortion and feedback, but that was awesome live last night. |
