Thanks for thinking about those who may need the show to go with this, but yeah, you shouldn't post the link here. Enjoy the cover for your copy though.

Hey, great covers! Where'd you get that hi-res logo and do you want to share it? :D
The logo I used I had made myself in Illustrator. I draw/redraw all the logos I use in my bootleg cd art.
Note to everyone: if you wanted these covers and haven't nabbed them yet, get them today. I am having them taken down and placing up art I did for the 6/3/04 Brixton show.

Posted - 06/14/2004 : 19:12:45 It's already the size. Just open the link and download the image. It's 8.5" x 11" @ 200 or 300 dpi. So that's why it's large on screen. When it prints it should already be sized for print. It prints center with lines to cut and is white at the edges and works fine on all home printers.

Posted - 06/14/2004 : 11:03:50 Okay, I am probably stupid but here goes- When I click on the link how do I get the page to show up as the size I need to print out for the cd case? When I click on it now the picture is sized to a whole 8.5x11 page. The artwork is great by the way. Thanks |

Posted - 06/04/2004 : 06:25:34 Glad you all like it. I make most of my CD covers in Adobe Illustrator, though I can go with Photoshop or Quark. The UPC though, came from some creepy weird clip art. I don't know what it would come up as if scanned. Probably nothing but I feel they lend to the CD design.

Posted - 06/02/2004 : 12:57:53 Thanks....that is so cool!!! I really like how you layered the different logos. Does the scanable upc mean we can sell them on ebay???...(sorry i am in a wise ass mood.) Seriously... very cool and nice work! Thanks! |

Posted - 06/02/2004 : 09:52:06 hey king, the artwork is great - really damn good - but there's a typo, buddy. you spelled "mutilation" wrong in three places! i didn't notice myself until i had modified the files to reflect a single disc instead of two and printed them out.
sorry to be *that* guy.

Thanks. Yes, I realize it fits on one disc. I just left it broken into two sets as DiscLive had it. If you "bought" it from Kazaa or Soulseek, print it out and take a black sharpie and black-out where it says DISC 2.

Posted - 05/19/2004 : 08:21:33 Oh, and if for any reason the outline around the art is too light or not visible, print with crop marks. There should be an awkward .125" white border around most edges.
