These are just a few of my favorite B-Sides and a couple Bossanova/Trompe Le Monde tracks that they haven't played since the reunion. I only have about 5 shows from before the reunion and none of these tracks are played at any of them, and i was just wondering if they're ever played, rarely or it used to be common. Thanks.
Manta Ray
Dancing the Manta Ray
Bailey's Walk
I've Been Waiting For You
Motorway to Roswell
Santo
All Over the World
Dig For Fire
The Happening
Trompe Le Monde
Allison

There not playing The Happening this time around...on this leg of the tour anyway.

I am a man with 3 fingers...but that doesn't count my index finger nor my thumb.

paris x 2
verdure

nantes
dublin
manchester

etc

motorway was played at virtually all trompe gigs summer, fall or spring 92. can't think offhand of a gig it wasnt played

Trompe, i think, was played pretty rarely, though. I wouldn't be surprised if it were true that they only played it approximately 5-10 times.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I'm pretty dissapointed they never play Bailey's Walk, Santo and I've been waiting for you live. All three of those B-Sides are some of my favorite tunes. Atleast I will be able to find a live recording of Motorway somewhere :)

on the subbacultcha bootleg from leysin 91 or whatever they play The Happening, Allison & Motorway & they sound amazing

At the time, FB said The Happening was his favorite, so it makes sense they'd play it.

They dedicated "Motorway" to me in a concert in 1991, so they definitely played that one! :)

oh yeah, you're right about "Trompe".. my bad.
they also played it on Letterman.

yeah, they never quite could pull off "The Happening" perfectly live.

"Trompe le Monde" was played at the 1991 Brixton show (the only live Pixies bootleg I have. Whee...)

I'm surprised that they played "The Happening" a lot. Obviously it's pretty hard to sing. On the Brixton video, Frank Francis seems to be doing some struggling toward the end there.

They definitely used to play both of the Manta Ray songs.

I'm pretty sure they used to play Motorway, The Happening, and Allison.

I'm *think* I have a bootleg somewhere with Dig For Fire on it. I would kill any one of you to hear them play it again, by the way.

Not sure about the rest.
