anyone have any idea when the tix will go on sale for the Eugene show, and where they're being sold through? any help would be appreciated, since its sounding like you gotta jump quick to get tix. |

Thanks tert!!!!!! This makes total sense. I was trying to purchase 4 tix to the eugene, and I got a confirm page and email for 4 more tickets to spokane for a total of $114.50. Strange, but I figured it was some awkward browser cache problem. I mailed ticketswest right away about it, but didn't get a reply. But it looks like someone may have manually edited my order, because instead of a second "ticketswest" charge for $114.50, I have a "ticketswest telephone sale" for $125. I'm crossing my fingers in hopes that they are eugene tix and not 2 sets of spokane in the mail.

each conv. fee = $5.50
handling per order = 3.00
total should be $30.50 for each plus $3.00 |

can someone tell me how much the ticket convenience fee and handling charges were per ticket for the eugene show? I never got through the server's charge page nor did I get a confirm, but I have a 2nd strange charge from ticketswest that is slightly more than what I paid for my spokane tickets (which were 25 each plus 3.50 convenience fee each and 1.50 handling per order). Thanks!!

Looks like I'm a big chump this morning...
struck out on all four NW shows.
I'm closer to Eugene than Victoria, but I'll drive anywhere.
I'd be happy with just one ticket if anyone scored a spare!

I posted this in the other Pixies ticket thread, but this one seems a bit more specific, so here it goes...
I was on the ticketswest website at 8:55 this morning refreshing until the buy button came up. I selected three tickets and hit "buy," was confirmed that I did have the tickets for six minutes, but I needed to register. I quickly filled out the form and hit submit, only to find the site went down in the process. By the time it came back up it was too slow and crashy to get anything to go through. Then I called and 45 minutes later was told "tough luck"...I'm not kidding. We then called a friend who went down to Safeway. The lady said there were two tickets and he said "OK." She then said, "Sorry, they're gone now." Ugh!
So, does anyone have three tickets (or even two) to Eugene (preferably), Spokane, or even Davis (on sale March 1st). Please. trent_3@hotmail.com

Yes, sorry to get back later but they were for Eugene, I had to double check - I'll only belive I have tickets for there and Spokane when (hopefully) they appear. |

Both me and my husband were calling the main TicketsWest line at first and they told us to call their Oregon line. My husband mentioned to the person he talked to that the website was down and they told him, "They're doing maintenence on it." He got through on the Oregon line within the first 15 minutes and they told him they were sold out.
What on earth was going on there? |

i tried the website at 9 sharp, but ran into a slew of troubles too. luckily had a buddy of mine down at the local Fastixx to try to buy them there, too. doubling up was a good idea, i guess, cuz he scored us 4 tix. all are already spoken for, but if someone drops out, i'll post on here and let you all know. good luck to all! |

i just got a ticket too, i'm sorry i posted above sold out, but when my girl got through to the 1.800 line, they told her it was sold out. i'm sorry about that. don't want to get on anyone's shit list. keep trying. i got tons of errors but it finally worked. good luck. |

Dammit. I guess a T1 connection isn't fast enough. I hope some of you guys got tickets and not just the bastard e-bay scalpers. Well, I did get a few Spokane tickets. So, I guess I can't complain. Good luck guys.
If you want to see as close to the real thing that you can get, No 13 baby (Pixies tribute band) is playing at Berbatti's Pan in Portland tonight. They're great musicians and they're a load of fun too. |

keep trying. it eventually worked for me. after a lot of stress.
and it crashed at the last minute but i got my confirmation email. so if it crashes at the last minute for you, check your email to see if hopefully it went through. |

According to McDonald Theater, they should have "all of the information about the concert and ticketing information within the next couple of days".  This information will be posted on the website as soon as they get it. |

I've been naggin Ginger at McD for a week now and can't get any help with a sale date. I was told that ticketswest will be the only outlet to buy through. She just said to check the website but I assume (key word) there'll be some lagtime between the sale date announcement and actual sale. I'm going up to Victoria, bc this weekend so I hope tix aren't going this saturday! While I'm there I'm definately gonna check on the curling club tix. How sweet a show would that be? |

I just called the McDonald Theatre and the machine says the gig is confirmed but ticket info is still "pending". However, tickets for McDonald shows happening both before and after the Pixies date are going on sale this Saturday, so I'm kinda skeptical.
