Posted - 12/22/2013 : 12:49:59 I was there! First time seeing the Pixies. One of the most exciting times ever. Got tix for both nites. Drove up from the Bronx and began a glorious/majestic/transcendent Northeast Pixies tour attendance that proceded to DC, Philly and. of course, Hammerstein in NYC.
I cant overestimate how thrilling that month of Dec, 2004 was. Being able to finally see the band I'd been adoring for years.
And this was after having already seen FB and FB & the C's numerous times. |

Posted - 12/16/2013 : 07:03:50 Same show has a sweet version of Cactus. I still prefer the Catholics' version, Rich's solos were just unhinged but this is pretty good, maybe the best I've heard Pixies perform:
