a really excellent part was Joey doing his "Vamos"-thing during "Vamos" and hiding behind his amplifiers. He waved goodbye and hid there for 7 seconds or so. Really funny! Great comedian, Joey!

Further they delivered a in my opinion maybe too routine performance. they seemed to be bored (or even fed up) up there - maybe the sound mix was as "mushy" as in the auditorium? no surprises, no innovations in the setlist. only one song of Bossanova (=Velouria). they didn't play Bagboy (but the other 4 new songs). maybe they would have been happier, if they had played a healthy mixture of Bluefinger, TOTY and Orange Album songs and Tank and Toiler from the Strangler's Black and White Album (or the whole album). Just a suggestion, just my impression...

Wow! If that's true, I've gotta hear it. This would be it's live debut. They've never played it before EVER. Anybody have any video or audio of it?

It's on setlist.fm now , they played space (I believe in ) apparently ! No other surprises though. Still can't wait for London gig ! |
