Tickets for the Friday, Sept. 30 show and six other big-name acts running the gamut of genres—including The B-52s, Pat Benatar, Blue Oyster Cult, Jack’s Mannequin, Weird Al Yankovic and NOFX—go on sale 10 a.m. Friday. The announcement comes a month after the Pixies became the first band to start selling tickets for a concert in November at the theatre.

Tomorrow we are going to announce our fall 2011 Doolittle "Lost Cities" tour, playing cities we've never visited across the US of A. A sneak-peak at the dates and cities is below.
Later this week there will be a ticket presale, the date and time of which will only be announced to this email list. Don't believe what you read until you hear it from us.

Posted - 05/08/2011 : 19:24:56 I get the feeling this would be the last hurrah of the Doolittle tour and I think the idea is they were looking for cities in the US that they hadn't been rather than repeating the show somewhere like NYC.

I googled how many cities there are in the world, and apparently there are 2469501!
Which I guess makes it a kind of impossible task. |
