Hey all Irish and other planning for the landsdowne gig, the tickets have gone on sale a week early. This morning i purchased my four. So if you are planning to go, i'd get cracking soon.

they are normally fairly lenient if you can verify that you are with older friends. dont shave the week before and you will be alright!

I think animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

umm, for any irish who have been to gigs at Landsdowne before, how strict is security? I'm only 15 (will be 2 months off 16 by date of concert) but im a bit worreid about the U 16's must be with an adult thing. I don't look particually young (or old for that matter) but I think i will actually cry If i go turned away at the ground. I mean, what do they do if they're not sure how old you are?

It's [still] educational!

Is'nt it actually, unofficially kind of 'free' seating? Or maybe I'm just an idiot! ;)
Coney Posted - 05/10/2005 : 00:45:19
So if I were to leave buying the ticket until say Saturday, considering they are still selling, may I get a bad 'seat'. Like... way at the back?
Foucaults Dog Posted - 05/06/2005 : 00:49:53
YES!!!!

Tickets came in the post yesterday...see you folks at Landsdowne.

PS Everyone seems to be going for pitch standing tickets so my stress levels are in decline

I've absolutely no money for this gig! And I ever so desperately want to go. The trauma...
chineselover Posted - 05/01/2005 : 04:25:36
i have heard that even if you have seating you can move down to the pitch at any time.. i think their crowd control would allow for that - i.e all pitch and seat ticket holders can comfortably fit on the pitch.
The Marsist Posted - 05/01/2005 : 04:03:29
he asked me if i wanted standing or seated i said standing and got the "pitch standing" so i hope i made the right decicion.
dammit foucaults uv got me worryin now

Those ticketmaster guys are a sham. All the promotional adverts said the 6th of May, it was only through a newsletter thing i got alerted to it.

Probably the only time i have been thankful for SPAM.

Anyway happy days its all go for Landsdowne!
