I ordered 15 shows on 11/8,they billed me immediately. Thusfar only the Chicago and Detroit shows (4in all) have arrived,along with some lame excuses. When I e-mailed them, they sent a form response initially, but now don't even respond to my e-mails(polite). My only recourse is to dispute through my credit card company.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? At the very least they shouldn't be billing until they ship. |

I got my discs on the 23rd for the Minny Shows. They sound awesome!! The people that helped me both times were very!!! helpful.
Here is part of what the email said
"I sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. We have an outside company which is providing the fulfillment, which unfortunately has not been real timely"
Very nice. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I too went through the same bullshit for the warmup shows. You'll get them but they'll probably be damaged and extremely late like mine were.

I just went on disclive's web site and they said they weren't selling any of the December shows. I really wanted to get my hands on the 12/18 late show. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this or is it a lost cause?

same old story again...but don't worry you are gonna get your discs later than soon...by the way, I'm still waiting for some feedback about the Fuji Rock cd's ( they didn't put Debaser on the actual cd's !!! ) but I'm sure I won't get any response. I kinda feel ripped off, in fact I was actually ripped off just like many others were. |

It's interesting how even with round 2 of disclive, there's still talk of delays and hard times. I figured after the fiasco with round one, they'd be more diligent. I didn't order any of the second set of discs for fear of such problems....but now they all appear to be sold out so I guess I have to wait for them to surface on ebay :( |

I still haven't gotten my two 11/10 and 11/11 shows. They said I should be recieving them no later than 12/18 in an email they sent me. |
