Posted - 04/19/2004 : 18:36:34 John Flansburgh had mentioned having the honor of driving between gigs with Frank in his canary yellow Caddilac once upon a time. And I believe I also read an article from way back when saying that between tours for Doolittle and Bossanova Frank and his girlfriend roadtripped around the country in the same Cadillac and Frank plugged his guitar into a little amp and played Pixies songs whereever he could to pay for gas. I wish knew where the original article could be found.
