i was at the pixies show july 9th in toronto but did not get a chance to purchase a live cd while i was there...is there a live website i could go to to purchase myself a disc?

No. The normal rate for a show is $25. They combined these, so the Montreal show is a free bonus (or, if you want the Montreal show, Toronto is a free bonus). Either way, you're paying the regular price.
I also believe, though I cannot confirm, that you might also get the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame show as yet another free bonus. Does anyone know if they're still offering that with all orders? |

They accept international orders. I just preordered the accoustic show in Newport. To Germany.
And you can purchase single shows. Like, the accoustic show in Newport for example.
