I liked it too! Nick cave and Tom Waits (they are exellent)... but if there was a Pixies song it would be much better!

I love the Tom Waits song in Shrek 2. Great scene.
Too bad that shitty Counting Crows song "Accidentally in Love" or whatever is on that soundtrack.
I hate that cheesy band.

i actually liked it, and the first one! the soundtrack is quite cool for the second one, some great songs on there.

I am glad it wasn't given to Shrek 2. Shrek was shite and so I am sure the sequel is too.

My opinion is that they shouldn´t change their style because it was requested for a movie. If they asked the Pixies for a song is because they wanted a PIXIES SONG!
I like bam thwok, but I must say that I don´t feel the same as I do when I listen to the others!
Maybe I´m being old...

take note that bam thwok was for shrek 2, they wanted the pixies to make a less edgy "not the typical pixies song" for the movie but it was rejected for not being "less edgy" hence the rockin poppin beats... ehh calm down everyone, the pixies know what their doing. |

Good song but the bridge is pretty lame. Creative, yes. Half ass, yes as well. Too bad Frank didn't finish the song for her.
