now, we all know that black francis and kim deal did not
get on. he even threatened to kick her once at a gig when
she plain and clearly refused to come on stage!
i wonder how they are managing with there relationship
now......and as joey is almost francis' best mate his
sypatheas will lie with francis.
i dont think i could play in a band with someone i hated! |

....well, i knew they wouldnt be punching eachother or anything,
but they might be like ignoring eachother or something...but
they probably made it up and are friends....and i read an interview:
interviewer: Well i know you and kim dont get on but have you ever
thought of reforming just with joey and dave?
B.Francis: You have no idea how i feel about kim, neither
does anyone else so stop asking.

Joe Strummer once punched Mick Jones in the face backstage at a Clash gig, because Mick didn't want to play "White Riot" for the encore.
Mick was so badly bruised that he appeared on stage with a bandanna on his face ("Rock the Casbah"-video style), but he left before the end of the song.
And even these guys finally made up.

That was a long time ago. Plus, they're older+wiser, or whatever. I'm sure they would'nt have got back together and prepared for a big, long tour, then commited to playing all these shows if they really had a grudge against each other. It seems like they're havin' a grand old time touring, too. |

I don't think they had a bad relationship. Both are temperamental people, that's all. There are many articles through the internet talking about Kim going to see Frank gigs. If She hates him, sure she would prefer to stay home.

I think they're probably getting along okay. They're probably not best friends or anything, but I think they realize that the Pixies wouldn't be what they are without either of them. How old are they now? Like 40-something? You shouldn't hold too many grudges when you're that age.
