that's right, i get to see the pixies twice! first time will be the first date at brixton academy (travelling down from newcastle, just like i did to see beck and then fb+tc!) and then i'll seem em at T in the Park in scotland. i would see them 3 times, since i'm going to toronto in may, but i arrive a few hours too late for the show there
and i'm not some bandwagon jumper, i've been a fan for years now, and i'm also a huge fan of fb+tc and the breeders. luckily enough for me, i got into the pixies, and then the breeders, and then by chance saw the breeders on the bill for leeds 2002. what a show! then last year i saw fb+tc at london astoria, that was an even better gig! i'm so glad that by the time july rolls around, i will have seen the breeders, fb+tc and the pixies twice! yay me!
anyway i thought this might generate some nice replies and whatnot |

I as well will see them twice, in Toronto and Chicago. If they announce any eastern dates I will attend those as well. |

I was lucky enough to see them twice two nights in a row (and the first two shows none the less!) and I'll say you're in for a treat. The set list changes just the right amount for me at least, and each show gets its own attention. It was great. And though their first show was pretty shakey (quite understandably so) their second yielded massive improvements, so I can only imagine how kick ass it'll be when they get around to you guys. Not saying the first show didn't kick tons of ass, cause it did. But yeah, I'll have to see them later on in the tour for just that reason, and hopefully two in a row again!

I once travelled down from Newastle to the B Academy for a gig too. It was the Rollercoaster tour, with Jesus and Marychain, My Bloody Valentine, Dinosaur Jr and Blur. Having seen tham all already at Whitley Bay Ice rink. |

I live in Dublin, but I am travelling ridiculous miles and paying roughly 300-350 extra euro to see them at two good venues/festival places. THATS BIG A FAN I AM. |

Yeah I am gonna see them twice too. Brixton and V. I would go to see them in Manchester but I am away when they play here.
Then again they are playing with The Stereophonics in Manchester so maybe it's best I don't go so that I don't try and kill Kelly Jones.
