i guess i have not seen many drummers be the lead vocals on a particular track. i'm sure its nothing special, though. and like you said, it was multi-tracked.
on a related note....i hate when lead singers do NOT play an instrument. |

yes but I really don't like lead singer drummers

It wasn't recorded simultaneously, but I bet he could perform it simultaneously if they happen to do it at a show.
There are lots of lead singer drummers.

Yes, Lovering sings and plays drums on that song. Simultaneously, though? We'll never know cox we weren't in the studio when they were recording it. |

well I think so
when looking to your question, I can't stop thinking it implies
that you think that a drummer can't play drums and sing at the same time or that it's something really good
hower in a studio you can do it after eachother. Multitracking....
not sure if I understand your question right though
