Anyone heard (of) it?someone i was speaking to says they have it -

"Also an interview on tape that Black Francis did with John Peel just before the release of Trompe Le Monde. They played the entire album and between tracks talked about loads of different kinds of shit."

I asked him quite nicely if he'd record it on his computer and send it to Mr.Noisy(well any of the moderators) so it could be put up on the ftp.still waiting for a response

Well, I taped that at the time... I thought it was all on Rough Diamonds, though it's been a while since I listened to that. Could someone post which songs from that session are on RDs? I'll try to get around to getting the rest off the tape...

[EDIT: Just to clarify, it's just the songs I have, not the interview and stuff.]

Does this person have the it on CD? If so can I request he encodes the mp3's using lame, --aps. Ripped preferable with EAC.

I think there are some Trompe tunes done at the BBC on the Rough Diamonds CD. That might be a jumping off point. I don't have my CD at work here, but I'll check when I get home.
