The corporation that was the Pixes was called JOKIDACH, CORP. Must be the first two letters of everyones names. JOey, KIm, DAve, CHarles. Charles was president, of course. Kim was treasurer.

this confrimes it. first the sick pony that no could ride, then the clown that never showed up(i found out later that he was there, but was doing shots of vodka w/ my uncle and ended up too drunk to put on his costume), i will never forget the shellfish that made everyone vomit(the chain started w/ my drunk uncle) and now, ten years later i find out the PIXIES legally dissolved 1/11/94. WORST 19th BIRTHDAY EVER.

Who was Vice President and Secretary?
Actually, anymore information regarding this would be not very exciting.
Most corporations are set up generically just for legal and tax purposes.
They probably had to have annual meetings and keep record of meeting minutes though. It would go like this:

"Said corporation is RESOLVED to liquidate.

Charles Thompson makes a motion to accept the resolution, and is seconded by Joseph Santiago."

I wouldn't imagine that you would find anything juicy in their corporate filings anyway. It's a privately held corporation, so there is no requirement to disclose. I bet if you got the filings if would just say something like all four member have 1,000 shares valued at $1 each. The papers dissolving the corporation would probably just have a one line statement saying "we hereby agree to dissolve."

Every once and awhile I need to go to the corporations division to do research. Maybe the next time I'm there I can look it up, but it won't say much.

I think most bands do that to take care of legal problems and money and stuff. Kindof like "Nirvana Inc."

That's really cool. Congrats for finding it!

I'd like to read the "Articles of Organization" and "Articles of Dissolution", but they cost like $12.00 each for the reports... hehe.
