When Lisa Germano fans go to a concert of Eels or Neil Finn just to see Lisa Germano play the fiddle (and extra's) and not in the first place for the main act, they all wear buttons so they can recognize other lisa germano fans.
Maintopic:
That what we need, just to see who is from the Frank Black army and recognize eachother between the new BLink 182-punk who thinks the pixies are ok and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers fans who think the pixies are shit, because they think Kim Deal doesn't slap enough.
We need shirts, fb.net shirts would be awsome.
And it could have a print on the back like:
More FB please!
or something like that, just to make people curious about fb.
Cause how cool the pixies reunion is, fb is our (my) main interest.
When I think of it, let's discuss what should be on the shirt.
I think it should happen.

This "button" proposal smacks of high school cliques. Non conformity was one reason I got into the Pixies music to begin with. I'm gonna wear a 1970's leisure suit or something like that... hahaha. Now that'd get some heads turning...

Thanks to Dave sharing files and fonts I have a nice t-shirt design.
But, I couldn't get tickets for the Friday Vancouver show.
I'm not going to print any shirts up now.
I'll get tickets when pigs fly !
Maybe some time they will make it a ride !!!!

I really like the pink pig. I think T shirts or buttons with the pig and "I'm a believer" would be very cool. Something a little cryptic. Before the tour starts. Sell them for a little profit off this site. That would be great. I'd buy some for sure.

Although black T-shirts look cool, I hardly ever wear them because their too damn hot. Keep that in mind for outdoor festival T-shirt usage. So if not white shirts, how does every one feel about white hats? Probably too expensive, right?
Is too complex for T-shirt quality control a compliment or an insult? ;-)

Picapiedra's idea is interesting but I suspect a bit too complex to control quality when transferred onto a t shirt.
I think ProverbialCereal's first idea is best. Keep it simple. White text on black cotton for me.
Maybe Dave N's pigxsie could sit below the text?
And on the back I still reckon some text would be appropriate. High up above the shoulder blades. I can't think of anything better than "Serving fans since 1826"

Jop - keep on organizing this! I'd suggest getting and organizing idea's for shirts, etc, then get pick a few, then get visuals available for people, then we can figure out the manufacturing.
