Loooong audio blab with Kim D and Courtney Barnett. I actually listened to this entire thing  . Wow! The both of them sound like complete airheads. I could forgive the the young one, but listening to a 55 year old woman talk like this....YIKES! It's astonishing how some folks' emotional development seems to stop at 19. I could see why the guys were happy to get rid of her.

I think Kim gets a hard time around here. I listened to the whole thing and they both came across as perfectly fine, normal people.
Courtney Barnett is clearly a shy individual and Kim simply kept the conversation going. Nothing mind blowing was meant the feature and nothing came from it - so what. It's simply a podcast where artists talk music and that's what they did.
Comments suggesting "her emotional age seems to have stopped at 19" and "I can see why the guys were happy to get rid of her" are completely unfounded as can tell. What we're you guys expecting? Would you be ripping into Joey if he did a slightly awkward podcast, said nothing particularly "clever" in it? I highly doubt it. |
