So, on the credits listing on the Doolittle cd, on which Kim's vocals are so prominent and gorgeous,it states she sang NADA! I hate inaccuracy, stupidity and/or lackadaisicalness!

"Personnel on 'Doolittle':

Black Francis- vocals, guitar

Kim Deal- bass, (slide guitar on 'Siver')

Joey Santiago- lead guitar, backing vocals

Dave Lovering- drums, (lead vocals on 'La La..') "

I want the name of the person who wrote the sleeve notes

but I'm just talking bout the CREDITS, as in who plays what, who sings what, etc. And the songs on their cd sleeves are never in the order in which they are ..........but thats kinda cool, i guess

I don't think I ever read the credits to Doolittle. I think Bossanova has the best artwork/photography of all their albums.

cheers

so you must really hate how they spelled the song "siver" instead of "silver".

So Joey and Dave sang on this masterpiece, but Kim did NOT?!!!, you writer of the info? I wanna find this person.

What if someone, not familiar with the Pixies, happened upon Doolittle, listened, said "Wow! This is great! Easpecially the harmonies! Lemme see who's singing on this. ......Wow! that Joey guy sang all those fantastic backing vocals! Cool. The bass player is okay, too, I guess"

Find whomever wrote the liner notes. I be calling homeland security. "If you see something, say something"
and what I see is what I DON'T see "Kim Deal- bass, backing VOCALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
