This Mortal Coil was an Ivo Watts-Russell project at 4AD. It was mostly cover songs performed by various artists signed to 4AD. This Mortal Coil album, Blood, included a song by Chris Bell, You and Your Sister, which was performed by Kim Deal and Tanya Donelly.
Anyway, this is the first time I heard it, so I'll pass it along. I didn't make this video, and I have no idea why the images were chosen for the song.

I like this. I listened to the original and I know I like this only because of Kim's voice. She's the best 'K'. |

I discovered this song very recently and can't stop listening to it. I'd love to hear Kim's voice on more tracks like this. I don't think I've been won over by This Mortal Coil as a whole yet though. |
