You are right.

And about Space I Believe In, they didn't play this one once...

Thanks for the 'Manta Ray pack', ccuadros.
I can't believe how good these songs are!
And they're only B-sides!

Without looking I'm not 100% sure, but I think there's a snatch of a live version of Dancing The Manta Ray on the "On The Road" bit of the 4AD dvd.

here you go, j: dig for fire
pixiestu Posted - 11/27/2005 : 11:35:44
Dig For Fire has been played live. There was a live version posted on the 'send me some frank' thread.
Maybe if you ask on there someone will re-post it.

I would do it, but I'm not sure how, I'm afraid.
Hope this has helped.

I'm not really sure about this one - "Dig For Fire" ? Has it ever been attempted? Does anyone have a live copy?
Daisy Girl Posted - 11/26/2005 : 12:35:04
Honestly, I wonder why they haven't played all of them. They're all really good. Who knows?
Ziggy Posted - 11/25/2005 : 16:34:07
It's funny to think that Santo hasn't been played live.
brock_disaster Posted - 11/25/2005 : 14:39:57
they have never ever played these:

OH MY GOLLY!
BAILEY'S WALK
MAKE BELIEVE
THEME OF NARC
I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU
EVIL HEARTED YOU
SANTO
SILVER
SPACE (I BELIEVE IN)
THE THING

the thing is the outro for "The Happening" but it's still different, so they never really played it as "The Thing".
Excuse me please Posted - 11/24/2005 : 18:13:59
They've played Velvety (instrumental). On the Bossanova tour, they opened with it when I saw them in Chicago.

Carl Posted - 11/24/2005 : 15:49:19
Ccuadros, that is one of the best uploads, I can't wait to listen to that!! Thank you very much.

Yeah, stu, I would'nt think it likely that Santo has been played.

pixiestu Posted - 11/24/2005 : 15:26:40
Was Santo ever played live? It's one of my favourite B-Sides.
I would love to hear a live version but if they've never performed it the chances of this are pretty slim, wouldn't you say?

Oh and ccuadros, thanks for Brick Is Red. I'd never heard this live either.

"The arc of triumph"
ccuadros Posted - 11/24/2005 : 13:13:13
And they played too:

Build High
Oh my Golly!
Weird At My School
Bird Dream Of The Olympus Mons
