Really lookin forward to this now.
Reckon I'll get that bit pissed before cause of the nightmare gettin beer in Phoenix Park (What a shit venue), only hope the portaloos are plentyful.
What pub we all meetin up in?
What hope for the weather?
Have you bought your pixiedisk?
Will new album be recorded in Dublin? (Charles' mate B. has a studio perfect for it)
And, where we all off to afterward? (Do'nt say "Work in the mornin")

heh heh, I'm like that too. You just feel like you realy get something out of your system by yelling out every pixies lyric you know during the songs. I realy can't understand why people would sit in the seated area (unless of course to an obvious problem e.g disability) when they could be in the crowd. Being amonst a large group of people really creates a great atmosphere.

A lot of people seem to be saying the sound was bad but I honestly didn't notice anything wrong with it.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

i say the widow scallans on pearce street. a nice old punch up before the gig would be great and mike - with your accent you would go down a treat in there hehe

I'm gonna bring a camera and get lots of pics.
frank_black_ Posted - 08/17/2005 : 02:57:48
I expect the pixies won't come on till it STARTS to get dark. I haven't heard any humanzi or teenage fanclub but KoL are a pretty decent supporting act

I'm from Enniscorthy living in Carlow. Don't know Lisa by name but probably to see, if she's a Pixies fan (Bet she drinks in the Front Bar - Scraggs).

I'm related to the Fagans of Newbridge. Have a cousin Karl there. Also the Murphys of Moorefield and the Fogartys.

As for gettin home, we'll worry about that on the night!
