well, probably alot of people noticed that before, but anyway..
i was just listening to Find Me by Husker Du and.. it's sounds so much like Caribou, amazing. but actually when CT plays it on the demos he says in the begining “I want this one to sound like Husker Du.” so it's not like he is cheating or something.
but it does sound ALOT like one particular song: Find Me. not only sound. i am no musician, but it's almost the same riff in both songs. the developing is very similar also. both opens very slow and hesitated and ends with a blistering riff which fade away, and the middle the riff follow the singing and the slow tempo (which is.. similar). the song unique mood is quite similar also - haunting melancholy. the singing is very differnt (and myabe that's the big differnt): CT singing is much more emotional. both are amazingly beautifull songs, i must say.
