Do you think he writes a song w/ the Pixies in mind, with a certain style or persona, and does so differently for the Catholics? Or do you think he just writes the song...and if he happens to be in the Pixies, it's a Pixies song, and if he happens to be in the Catholics, then it's a Catholics song? Do you think Bam Thwok could've been a Catholics song? |

Posted - 09/26/2004 : 19:28:48 Not initially, I think Frank wrote songs as he pleased up until right around now. The Pixies matured with him, as did his solo career. Now that he's back with the Pixies, if he were to write a song, I think he would deliberately make the lyrics more obtuse again and also scream a bit more. |
