Posted - 09/19/2004 : 10:46:32 A few weeks ago, I was listening to (and fortunately, recording ) the London radio station XFM on a saturday evening, and they played "Mr Grieves", introducing it as being from a session Frank recorded for the XFM "Studio 68" show in November 2000.
A quick check of the www.frankblack.net gigography lists this as being from 15 November 2000. I emailed the DJ (it is a request show) asking him if he could play more tracks from that session, and got a reply saying that Mr Grieves was the only track from that session that he could find.
I've been told that there were two other tracks - Hermaphroditos and one other, plus an interview.
Does anyone have a full recording of this in their collection?
This session is from the night before Frank's show at the Camden Barfly in London, which was also broadcast on XFM, so maybe this session is included as an extra on CDs with the Barfly show on.
Thanks.
