ideally, I mean, if you want your disc to be listened to/seriously listened to/full attention-like, then I think 14 songs max |

What you need to see is the actual printed version. I used a flecked concrete colored stock with a black/gray-scaled image to give it a screen printed look.

As a graphic designer, I'd love to design the record sleeves of one of the forthcoming FB or Pixies albums.
But a Frank Black and the Catholics Best of album?

The other 3 or 4 releases have a higher priority I guess
