On the version with the accoustic tracks, are they listed as tracks or are they listed as hidden tracks ect. This is up on ebay and the owner seems unsure.

Yes. If it's on SpinART, it has the bonus tracks. If it's on WAR, it doesn't.

it is only stated on a sticker when you buy it...once the plastic wrap is removed, it looks exactly the same with no mention of the bonus tracks.
