Not to quote Mitch Hedberg (although i am getting ready to regardless)

roughly: "What's the deal with Spagetti? No matter hungry I am, having to eat 1000 of something is too much."

I thought this thread was going to be about G'n'R

Frank...if ever you are in the Pomona area of Southern Cali, I'll treat you to my fav spaghetti joint. I dine there weekly...it's called Vince's and it's been there since 1945. :)

this has to be a childhood issue with FB -growiing
up i remember the revelation that this food is
called and pronounced spaghetti but my brothers
continued to call it s'ghetti.
i heard the concert mentioned above (Rochester,NY?) in which he talked about opening
up a restaurant called sghetties (spelling issues?)and it is a fun and wacky idea that would
be fun to see happen.
spaghetti kicks ass made with the correct attitude
and will just bum you out made without zeal.
-i didn't know you could 'see' that concert -
is the DVD around somewhere?
first time back here in awhile and this is the subject i'm drawn to, oh well.
i have to admit that as eager as i am too see the
pixies in Nov. i would definitely like to go to a
FB&Ceez show again someday -if they as a band are
to leave a recording as a closure piece it just
can't be SMYT -that record just has problems.
it's got some great musicianship and all but Mr.
Thompsons' honesty in the writing just makes me feel he has hit an emotional wall.
what happens after that is up to the individual
and their higher power.
-my point is that that band deserves more than
franks' whiny self pity as an epitaph.

you could substitute them with some freshly chopped red and green peppers and garlic.

i recommend a nice alfrado sauce, with basil and mushrooms.

Sorry, but I hate mushrooms. I've worked in a grocery and always come back home with some kgs. You know..., I was eating mushrooms in all possible ways for two years!!!

Yeah, he made that joke in St. Petersburg at the State Theatre about five years ago. He said Sketti's would serve pasta in 32 colors and that the grand opening would be very soon.

In one of the Pixies early boots ( Live at Berkley Square,1987 if I remeber correctly)Kim thanks a friend of the band for the Spaguetti Pizza,so I guess they all ate it.Yeah you read right,Spaguetti Pizza!!! I once saw one of those cooking cable shows where they prepared it.If you want to try it,once the spaguetti is cooked you heat and grease a skillet, put the spaguetti in it pressing it with a plate so that it shapes like a pizza dough until it browns and sticks together.Pre-heat the oven and top the spaguetti with your favorite toppings.Enjoy THE CULT OF COOKING!!!!

I like spaghetti, so in a roundabout way, Frank Black must too.
