Posted - 04/07/2004 : 14:10:39 I would like to know more about Frankie´s new albun: Show me your tears. I know just a little about his musics but i am a fan of This monkey´s gone to heaven; Here comes your man; Debaser; Cecilia Ann; and the most important (for me) Allec Eiffel. I am also a Breeder´s fan and i didn´t listen not new about the Kim Deal´s group since the Last Splash Albun, before The Amps. Hugs Miss Correa

Posted - 04/07/2004 : 17:36:37 Well, have you heard any of his other solo albums? If not, I would suggest starting at the beginning and working your way up. I love Show Me Your Tears. A lot of the reviews have been very positive, saying it's one of his best albums yet, which I tend to agree with. However, don't expect it to sound anything like the Pixies at all. There's some great rockers and some more "countryish" songs on it; the instrumentation and craftsmanship is the best I've heard from Frank. Really the only weak song on the album is Goodbye Lorraine, IMO. I don't really know what else to tell you; just don't get it if you haven't heard any of his other solo albums and don't expect it to sound like the Pixies or his earlier solo work
