Posted - 09/11/2018 : 09:41:42 I think I touched on this in another thread on the Skateboard Community's use of FBF songs, but as to the matter at hand:
There is an elongated version of Los Angeles in the Girl Skateboards Video "Yeah, Right" during Eric Koston's part.
Koston is considered one of the best to ever do it, and this part is often argued to be his best, so a lot of people have heard this Frank Black song who otherwise might not have.
Unfortunately, as you might read in the comments, not everyone likes the song. I think one of the reasons is that in the video the song is artificially lengthened to be well over 5 minutes long and does seem a bit repetitive.

haha that's one of them yes!
That's such a great little video, because Tony's been a fan since the 80s, and Frank is always so accomadating. And Frank has more skate references in his lyrics than you might at first think, at least to another old skater
