It seem like this song not get talk about with Frank Black. Who know what it mean? You have weed in America that make whisper sound? Or this song about metaphysical world of nature?
Seem like Frank exploring different musical sound with this song. Think would be interesting to hear whole album of song like this. I sorry for my English. also I have been drinking long time |

It was played in France, 25th October 2003. I'd sure love to hear it. My memory fades but wasn't this track with Nashville tuning? |

This is a great track. I really love the percussion in the outro. Did they ever perform it live? I think it would've been a nice transition from this to Pray A Little Faster or Bullet, if they cut the guitar part of the intro and just started the song with Scott pummeling the drums.

This song often felt like the true end of Black Letter Days to me, even though there's the Black Rider after it. Sometimes I'll just end the album after Whispering Weeds.
