Here, noted FB buddy Glen Hansard is playing a Takamine acoustic with a whole to the bottom-left of the sound hole - didn't FB's old Catholics live guitar, which i think was a Takamine, have a hole in the same spot?
Same guitar shared between friends? Or shitty construction for Takamines?

Some insightful posts. Cedar wood and Urban Legends.

FB had a cutaway Takamine too that was heavily worn away in the same place. Both of them were played on the Pixies reunion tours. |
