Well yeah, it is a studio version, but I'm sure you all know what I meant.

TF supported Pixies when they played Lansdowne Road.

"I hate how the reptile dreams it's a mammal. Scaley monster: be what you are!!" - Erebus.

I guess the Peel Session is pretty much a 'studio' version; anything recorded down in Maida Vale is generally pretty good quality. And it was, of course, released as an official CD.

This song is what got me into Teenage Fanclub.

"How do you like that, Sir Harold?"

I always enjoy this song. It's one of Frank's more playful tunes. Very fun to play and sing along to.

I don't know why nobody mentions it, maybe because there's no studio version?

It was written by Frank Black around late '93/early '94.
Frank recorded it with Teenage Fanclub for a John Peel Session in '94, and it's on the Black Sessions cd (French gig '94)

"I wonder if those Glaswegian background vocals could ever be matched – truly precious", said Frank.
