Also, this show is happening two days after my 30th birthday. For awhile, I was totally cool with turning 30, but now that it's about to happen I'm suddenly, quietly freaking out over "getting old". Maybe a good show is what I need. So the timing here could be just right.
Also, I'd like to say that I am just THRILLED TO PIECES that there are no Pixies songs in that setlist up above. I like the Pixies, too, but the idea of going to see Frank play material written after 1991 appeals to me more than hearing "Where is My Mind?" for the 900th time. |
