Posted - 02/19/2006 : 10:16:07 Probably partially because of the local interest factor, since Frank was living in California at the time. I also get the feeling that, between these songs and "Alec Eiffel," Frank also has an above-average level of interest in engineers.
Disaster songs have a long history, and I think "St. Francis" fits beautifully into this genre. It's one of my personal favorites, and I'm sure I'm not alone.
