whats up with the ridiculously slim (almost mono) stereo field of certain songs on DW and BLD? maybe this has been discussed before

it's insane, this guy's taint.

Maybe they decided that those particular songs wouldn't benifit from stereo. Perhaps it would distract listeners from the blend in the song. I dunno. There could be many reasons.

if i owned copies of DW and BLD i wouldn't know what was up with that though would i? cuz i do, and i dont.

If you owned copies of Devil's Workshop and Black Letter Days, you'd know from the liner notes that some tracks on them are in mono.
