Posted - 08/05/2005 : 10:24:30 I just read on the new Sparklehorse site (www.sparklehorse.com) that the song "Tears on Fresh Fruit" from the first Sparklehorse album was inspired by the first two Frank Black LP's. It's a good song, but I would have never guessed it. I knew he was a Pixies fan, but...Also, I learned that Eric Drew Feldman has produced a couple of Sparklehorse songs. |

Posted - 08/05/2005 : 12:43:43 Thanks so much for the info. Very interesting indeed. I saw Sparklehorse in 2001 at the invite of a friend. I had never heard any of their stuff before and enjoyed the concert very much. |
