So. Just one more day to go till the release of Honeycomb! (well, outside of France at least)
I was wondering, how everybody spends that last day pre HC.
I´m going to a friend´s place to watch the Tour de France and see how Amstrong kicks Ullrichs and Bassos asses in the Pyrenees. Again...
Then there´s my flatmates birthday-celebration at a nice southern-german restaurant. So lots of Spätzle and Tannenzäpfle-beer tonight. I will give him the printed out cover of HC as a present then. The real deal will follow tomorrow. 
Early to work tomorrow morning. Should be done by three. The only thing for me to do for the rest of the day is getting my copies of Honeycomb! I havn´t decided yet where to buy them. I´m so spontaneous...
I´m planning on listening to SMYT on my iPod the whole day today and tomorrow till I have the Franks next gem in my hands.
I´m getting really exited now! How cool: just one more day!
See you all tomorrow here on the board!

OK, i got it today, had a listen, all good (listened to the leak/advance dozens of times though so i can't get too excited!)
bought it today to contribute to first week's sales. hope it charts tomorrow!?

Hmm, what did I do on Sunday? I read some of the new Harry Potter book. That's really all of consequence that I did. On Monday, however, I saw "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," which was really cool. I ended up not getting Honeycomb until Wednesday, even though it was out on Tuesday 'round these parts.

I'm waking up early in the morning to buy myself a copy. I can't wait to hear this. I've been holding off all temptations of downloading and listening to all these tracks before the release date. I only have hours left and I'm salvating.

I will buy it tomorrow from Best Buy (yuck!) as well for SoundScan purpose. There is a review of it in Entertainment Weekly (July 22, 2005 issue) and they gave it 4/4 stars! It's cool to see all the very positive reviews. So, anyway, I will buy it at lunch break tomorrow, and wait until I get home to hear it. I can't wait. I'm going to get incredibly drunk too.

tomorrow i'm taking off of work to get some errands done, so in the AM i'm going to stop by the local Best Buy and buy copy #1 (for me), then hit the mall w/ Lenscrafters and repalce my glasses, then get copy #2 there (for my mom - i think she'll really enjoy it), and then when i hit NYC for the Mets game, i'll buy copy #3 in the Virgin Megastore (for the first person i play it for who says 'this is really good'). i'm trying to buy it from major retailers so that the numbers go to soundscan. When i buy the final 2 copies in a few weeks (for more random distribution) i'll buy them from the indiest of the indie stores i can find, to build up my cred.

I'll probably be listening to Frank all day...when that CD comes out tomorrow...man, I've been waiting so long to listen to it..I've even got a bottle of wine from tennessee, which I've been saving. Too bad I don't have any glasses! I've been waiting, the only song I've heard off there is I Burn Today, the single. I recorded it off NPR, and I've probably listened to it at least 10 times.

hmm, how i spent my last day pre HC? - i went through my FB collection putting all the cds back into their correct cases while listening to FB&TC.

Yeah, we have to wait until Tuesday here. These last few weeks have flown by for me...cannot believe Tuesday I'll have it. I'll need to get it during lunch at work because I won't have too much time after work.
I'm on a Honeycomb ban until then. No listening to the advance copy now.
