Hi,

Yesterday

Today

Yesterday night, i was listening the Elvis Memphis 69 Anthology. Beautiful and touching of course, and i watched the picture inside, and i say to myself that it could be interesting to watch theses two pictures on the same page.
Yesterday and Today.
And one thing that i'm sure is that i'm happy, lucky and proud to appreciate yesterday and today with the same pleasure.
Yesterday, today and forever.

Do you feel the same ?

Hey, thanks for the email Kathryn...I actually read this thread and I've been trying to remember where I saw that picture of The Man in Dan Penn's studio...and, now, I, Remember...you're right Broken Face, it is from Buddy Miller's websit...

after some searching, i've determined:

Standing:
Dan Penn (standing far left)
Anton Fig (black shirt, glasses)
Steve Cropper (checkerboard shirt)
Jon Tiven (black shirt, reaching, curly hair)
Buddy Miller (standing far right)

Sitting:
David Hood (far left)
Charles Thompson (center sporting Van Dyke facial hair)
Spooner Oldham (touching guitars, sitting far right)

the only one i'm not sure of is David Hood

I'm determined to ID those dudes. With help from google-images
I believe Jon Tiven's in the black shirt leaning right behind Frank.

Interesting how Elvis is pictured with the bass....I've only seen him with standard 6 strings.

I'd like to see what Frank can do on a bass.

I don't remember where i get this picture. Sorry...

Also, can you ID all those musicians? Spooner Oldham's
got his hand next to the guitars and Anton Fig's above him.
Who are the rest of the guys? And who is that handsome fella
in the white shirt? Seriously, I recognize only Spooner,
Anton and Frank. It'd be great if someone could tell us who
the others are. Thanks!

I'm not really a fan of Elvis but here are two Kings in their own right
that picture of FB does fill me with the same luck, pride and appreciation as you.
