Jon, Was that line "funny how an evening turns into years" where Jean's voice cracks left in for the live effect? If not, just wondering why this wasn't re-done, because it's sort of like nails on a chalkboard or something. Not trying to be an a-hole, just wondering if this was a consideration during mixing/production. -FranknWeezer
I wondered that too

Oh, wait. We're supposed to squash that rumor, not spread it.

best, Jon
yeah jon, but the lyrics they are all about that it's akward that they are saying goodbye akward doesn't have to be negative it can be quite good sometimes When I hear the song it's a blue print for the situation that can happen to any couple: you love eachother dearly, but it just have to end. (that's how frank said it in an interview)

Posted - 04/04/2005 : 22:02:36 I think she sounds great. I didn't even know she sung. Has she done this before anywhere? I only thought she did standup. Very good stuff. Thanks all who answered the question or added their two bits. And I second what kathryn said. |

Posted - 04/02/2005 : 20:03:44 That makes sense. I do pick up a sort of "Johnny and June going to Jackson" vibe to it. "Goodbye, that's all she wrote."
Thanks. |
