I was reading the FB live gigography and saw this song [The Ballad Of Lucas MacGraw] on the list, for songs played 1993. Never heard of it before & cannot find another reference to it anywhere. Anyone know if this song is a cover or a Frank Black original that slipped thru the cracks? Or was it a working title for a latter re-named track...

The closest song I can find with a similar title is: Lucas McGraw .. from the 1974 self-titled album by PETRA. But wouldn't have a clue if that has anything to do with TBOLM? Could be The Ballad of Johnny Horton for all I know...

Apparently FB played the song at WOW Hall, Eugene, OR 27-05-1993. Can someone who's heard the show confirm or deny, thanks.............
