Posted - 11/15/2004 : 11:59:53 I relistened to this recently and now I know why I haven't listened to it in years. It sucks. Really sucks. Worst sound mix I've ever heard. The FBF demos sound better than this. My Pixies disclive CD sounds MUCH better than this.
Am I crazy? What went wrong with this thing? Why was it even released? There must be FB bootlegs that sound better than this. |

Posted - 11/14/2004 : 12:30:37 i have the vinyl too - the lp-pressing is very bad, mine has a hump
but the acoustic abstract plain, the hidden track, is very nice

Posted - 11/13/2004 : 06:16:42 Yeah, this is the one with the "kitchen tapes" and the hidden track, but it's not all that rare to my knowledge. I wouldn't bid much more than $25.

Yes, this is the UK edition. And yes, as far as I know all pressings include a hidden track, an acoustic version of 'Abstract Plain'. |
