Everyone here is always ready for a fb&c show. A little adda lee, or maybe some superabound, shit once I seen him play duke of earl in tiajuana. But this thread does nothing except work us up for nothing. |

Is Frank really inspired by this whole Pixies tour? I can't see how playing old, albeit good and/or amazing songs could be indefinitely satisfying to someone who has his wealth of newer song creations to pull from. The new Pixies show was good, but better than the solo and Catholics Frank shows? I don't think so. Let him make his money and then we'll see what happens. |

I think the Catholics could do a TOTY-esque album well. The music Frank plays today is a bit different though. It would be an interesting project.

yeah, i've been away for a week and this was the first thread i read. too good to be true i should'a known. oh well.
we got the Pixies and had the Catholics, i just wanna see Frank Black.
i still get the chills thinking back to the time i bought TOTY. 22 new tracks. crazy titles. what the hell is this gonna sound like?
i miss the man in his own right. i love his work with the Catholics but i sure miss the solo Frank Black.

I think the Catholics should open for the Pixies. Maybe throw the Breeders, the Martinis, and David's magic show into the mix as well.
